Hello! we’ve got some more changes that shipped this week. A lot of big balance changes coming in this patch including some love to our move speed items and bringing some weaker weapon damage options up par while also giving a small nerf to shredding rounds in light of all the armor nerfs in 0.13.3.
Stat Changes
- Reworked Shield Recharge – lowered % refilled, added ability power scaling, now gives passive max shields and shield regeneration
- Ultra Reactor – increased % bonus Ability Power to (25, 30, 35, 40, 45%), was (5, 10, 15, 20, 25%). Increased flat ability power stat to (30, 50, 70, 90, 110) was (20, 40, 60, 80, 100)
- Lightweight Ammo – now gives (10 to 26) flat move speed instead of percent bonus move speed
- Overcharged Cells – increased Ability Power to (15, 30, 45, 60, 75) was (10, 20, 30, 40, 50). Max Energy increased to (100, 150, 200, 250, 300)
- Matter Reducer item – ichor cost reduced to (300, 400, 500, 600, 700). Increased bonus weapon damage to (6, 12, 18, 24, 30) was (5, 10, 15, 20, 25)
- Piercing Accelerator – increased Energy Pen to (15, 30, 45, 60, 75) was (10, 20, 30, 40, 50)
- Chrono Step – lowered Ichor Cost, Increased Cooldown Reduction, Increased Bonus Move Speed
- Slip Space Drive item – increased Control Resistance to (5, 10, 15, 20, 25%) was (3, 6, 9, 12, 15%)
- Scout protocol – increased move speed to (10, 14, 18, 22, 26), increased weapon damage to (5, 10, 15, 20, 25)
- Assassin Edge item – changed stats from flat bonus weapon damage to percent bonus weapon damage. Duration of burst bonus damage from unique passive increased to 3 seconds (was 2 seconds)
- Chilling Blast – slow duration decreased to (1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5 seconds) was (2, 3, 4, 5, 6 seconds)
- Shredding Rounds – Cost increased to (400, 500, 600, 700, 800) was (400, 450, 500, 550, 600) Bonus weapon damage (flat) decreased to (4, 6, 8, 10, 12) was (5, 10, 15, 20, 25) Percentage Armor Pen decreased to (10, 25, 40, 50, 60) was (10, 25, 40, 55, 70)
Quality of Life
- New system messages when boss Orbs are claimed by a team
- added SFX when jungle bosses spawn
- Removed non-relevant cooldown length stat from Reflective Armor
- removed Healing Capstone item from game (redundant with Medic Implant)
- Item tooltips now indicate Control Resistance stat properly
- Assault Rifle – equip time decreased to 1.8 seconds (was 2). Sniper Rifle equip time decreased to 2.2 seconds (was 2.4). Shotgun – equip time decreased to 1.8 seconds (was 2)
