Hello, this patch has already shipped as part of our overarching balance pass that was mentioned in milestone 14. This patch is purely intended to balance several items that were either exceeding or below the bar for a balanced item. Aside from that we’re giving Rage some love this patch so it might find a new home in some more flexible loadouts.
Item Changes
- Mercury Plate – reworked % Bonus Move Speed into Flat Bonus Move Speed (10, 12, 14, 16, 18)
- Energy Generator Item – Increased Energy Regen to (1, 2, 4, 6, 9) was (1, 2, 3, 4, 5). Increased Max Energy to (100, 150, 200, 250, 400) was (30, 60, 90, 120, 150)
- Energy Accelerator – increased Energy Regen to (1, 2, 3, 4, 6) was (1, 1, 1, 1, 1). Increased Max Energy to (25, 50, 75, 100, 125)
- Reinforced Weave – Ichor cost increased to (400, 550, 700, 850, 1000). Armor reduced to (4, 8, 11, 15, 20)
- Vanguard Plating – Increased Out of Combat Health Regen to (12, 14, 16, 18, 20) was (10, 12, 14, 16, 18). Lowered Armor to (4, 6, 10, 14, 17)
- Energized Plating – Added +1 Energy Regen at all tiers. Increased Max Energy to (100, 125, 150, 200, 250). Lowered Armor to (6, 12, 16, 22, 24)
- Vital Clip – Ichor cost increased to (450, 550, 650, 750, 850). Weapon damage adjusted to (5, 8, 10, 12, 16). Life Steal adjusted to (2, 4, 6, 10, 12%)
- Ionic Coating – decreased Armor to (3, 6, 9, 12, 15) was (10, 15, 20, 25, 30)
- Targeted Rounds item now gives percent bonus weapon damage (3,6,9,12,15%) instead of flat bonus weapon damage
- Reworked Reaper Clip to give Flat Bonus Weapon Damage (7-15) instead of percent weapon damage
- Reworked Scout Protocol to give Flat Bonus Weapon Damage instead of percent bonus damage.
Ability Changes
- Added 150% ability power synergy to Rage ability (increases self-heal amount)
