Patch Notes for Hotfix 0.3.19.2370

This hotfix is to fix a bug with the Short Barrel gun mod. There are a few other improvements in this patch.

Hotfix patch notes:

  1. New skybox
    1. Capturing the zone closest to the final zone will trigger a lightning storm in the skybox
  2. New pistol aiming animations
  3. New grenade throwing animation
  4. Changed location of HUD minimap and Move Speed display
  5. Decreased Long Barrel Effective Range to 80 meters (was 100 meters)
  6. Added recoil to all barrels.
  7. Fixed bug where changing to a new barrel after using Short Barrel would reduce player move speed to 0 (it was reading Mobility stat as 0 and applying it)
  8. Recompiled helmet visor shader
