  1. Prototype for Gear Specializations. Gear Specializations will allow players to select two stats (health, armor, weapon damage, energy regen, etc) that increase as they upgrade their gear (items and abilities).
    1. To start testing the system, we’ve pre-selected Health and Weapon Damage as the stats that every player will gain as their gear is upgraded. In future updates, players will be able to choose their stats as part of their Loadouts.

Stat Changes

  1. Increased precision of Jet Pack fuel meter by 10x. Also doubled the fuel refill rate
  2. Reduced Withering Rounds ability power scaling from 25% to 20%
  3. Medic Implant – Ichor cost decreased to 400 (was 500)
  4. Scout Protocol – Ichor cost decreased to 400 (was 500)
  5. Reaper Clip – Ichor cost decreased to 400 (was 500)
  6. Energy Scavenger – Ichor cost decreased to 400 (was 450)
  7. Chilling Blast – Ichor Cost increased to (200, 300, 400, 500, 600) was (100, 200, 300, 400, 500)
  8. Proximity Mine – Ichor Cost increased to (200, 300, 400, 500, 600) was (100, 200, 300, 400, 500)
  9. Grenade – Ichor Cost decreased to (200, 400, 600, 800, 1000) was (300, 500, 700, 900, 1100)
  10. Damage Overload – Ichor Cost increased to (200, 300, 400, 500, 600) was (100, 200, 300, 400, 500)
  11. Heal Nearby Burst – Ichor Cost increased to (200, 350, 500, 650, 800)

  22. Players (and Revenant Bots) now start with 2000 Health (was 1000)

Bug Fixes

  1. Weapon modifier abilities (like Viper Rounds, Incendiary Rounds, Withering Rounds, and Stun Charge) can no longer be casted at the same time as another weapon modifier ability.
  2. Removed “Ability Power” crafting tag from Anti Matter Grenade.
  3. Fixed Bug – Health Regean Aura (Item) Tier 5 upgraded into Tier 4, creating an infinite possible upgrade to waste Ichor
  4. Added crafting tags to Vanguard Plating (Health & Armor)
  5. Fixed bug causing Riot Shield to be un-castable during cooldown
  6. Item tooltips now properly display bonus weapon damage.
  7. Fixed incorrect tooltip of Damage Coils
  8. Fixed infinite movement lock bug on Rage ability

Miscellaneous

  1. Added “Average Team Skill Rating” to Lobby UI
  2. Improved VFX for Darkness Orb and Bubble Shield
  3. Made changes to the bullet impact VFX
  4. Updated build zone texture
  5. Removed Consumables (Med Kit, Energy Kit, etc) from game. We are experimenting with Gear Specializations (“Gear Specs”) as a replacement for Consumables that offers more consistent, useful stats in small amounts. Consumables were not used by many players, and offered a small advantage to the players who did know about and utilize them. Gear Specializations will be automatically applied to all players via loadouts, removing this disadvantage for new players.
  6. Reworked bonus weapon damage for Shotguns. Bonus damage is now divided across all multishot traces / projectiles, instead of being applied in-full to each trace / projectile.
  7. Splash Damage (rocket launchers, grenade launchers, etc) now benefit from Bonus Weapon Damage stats.
  8. Renamed Bulwark Ability to Barrier
  9. Renamed ally ping keybinding from “Ping” to “Ally Ping”
