Balance Changes
- Cooldown Reduction Changes
- Accelerator – Decreased CDR to (6, 12, 18, 24, 30) from (10, 20, 30, 40, 50)
- Charged Accelerator – Decreased CDR to (2, 4, 6, 8, 10) from (5, 10, 15, 20, 25)
- Energy Accelerator – Decreased CDR to (2, 4, 6, 8, 10) from (5, 10, 15, 20, 25) Changed cost to (250, 350, 450, 550) from (250,350,450, 650, 750)
- Chrono Step – Decreased CDR to (3, 6, 9, 12, 15) from (5,10,15,20,25), Changed cost to (400, 450, 500, 550) from (250, 300, 350, 400, 450)
- Medic Implant – Decreased CDR to (3, 6, 9, 12, 15)
- CDR Gear Spec – Decreased CDR to (3 per level) from (4 per level)
- Healing Ability Changes
- Healing Dart – energy cost increased to (35, 38, 41, 44, 47) was (25 all tiers)
- Healing Beacon – energy cost increased to 32 (was 25). Cooldown now starts AFTER duration ends. Duration flattened to 10 seconds (was 8 to 12 seconds). Healing amount per second lowered to (25, 40, 55, 70, 85)
- Healing Burst – cooldown increased to 12 seconds (was 10)
- The core now deals 10% Max HP instead of flat 100 damage per attack.
- Blinded status is now affected by Control Resistance
- Halberd Burst Rifle – Reduced burst delay to .08s from .1s reduced Rate of Fire by 10 rpm (less time between rounds during burst but more time between bursts)
- Nanoweave – New passive: Up to 25% extra health.
Cost increased to (400, 500, 600, 700, 800) from (300, 400, 500, 600, 700)
Reflective Armor – Max health passive removed.
Cost decreased to (700, 800, 900, 1000, 1000) from (800, 900, 1000, 1100, 1200)
