Patch Notes for Update

This week’s patch is a big one! We improved minions dramatically, and added a new weapon and a new ability. Here’s all the details:

  1. Fixed bug where grenades would spend double mana
  2. Added the Spider Helmet / Spider Armor to every new player account
  3. Added default loadout selection
  4. Increased cooldowns for all grenade abilities
  5. Replaced “dodge” system with a combat roll
  6. New ability – Stun Charge. Next weapon attack will stun enemies for 3 seconds.
  7. New notification when players gain a buff
  8. Improved HUD layout
  9. New weapon, LMG. Increased rate of fire, ammo capacity, and effective range compared to Assault Rifle
  10. Nexus Tower health increased to 900 (was 300)
  11. Added upgrade tiers for Sentry Turret ability
  12. Shotgun damage reduced to 6 (was 7) per pellet
  13. Increased revolver core damage by 10%
  14. Added duration progress bars to the HUD for abilities
  15. Reworked minion agro code to prioritize targets more effectively
  16. Heavy Minions added to each wave. Carries a rocket weapon that is highly effective against fort structures
  17. Minions no longer strafe randomly while in combat
  18. Fixed animation issues with minions running / walking backwards
  19. After shooting a weapon, players will have a short delay before being able to sprint. Fixes exploit where players could spam fire a weapon while sprinting
  20. Nexus under attack announcer voice lines volume now scales with audio settings
