Balance Changes

  1. Riot Shield – Removed AP scaling
  2. Darkness Orb – Removed AP scaling
  3. Bubble Shield – Radius increased by 50%
  4. Flamethrower – Reworked to continuously use drain energy while being cast, similar to heat ray
  5. Rally – Cooldown reduced to 30s, energy cost flattened to 50
  6. Heat Ray / Freeze Ray – ability power scaling reduced to 75
  7. Shotgun – rate of fire increased to 190 (was 150). Spread reduced to 4 degrees (was 5 degrees) Increased max range to 70 (was 60).
  8. Super Minion – health increased to 6,000 (was 3,000)

Bug Fix

  1. Fixed match history being recorded improperly
