Balance Changes
- Riot Shield – Removed AP scaling
- Darkness Orb – Removed AP scaling
- Bubble Shield – Radius increased by 50%
- Flamethrower – Reworked to continuously use drain energy while being cast, similar to heat ray
- Rally – Cooldown reduced to 30s, energy cost flattened to 50
- Heat Ray / Freeze Ray – ability power scaling reduced to 75
- Shotgun – rate of fire increased to 190 (was 150). Spread reduced to 4 degrees (was 5 degrees) Increased max range to 70 (was 60).
- Super Minion – health increased to 6,000 (was 3,000)
